1856 – 1915Charles Frohman (1856-1915)Died 7 May 1915, aged 58American theatrical producer Charles Frohman dominated Broadway and London theater for two decades, staging works by J. M. Barrie and discovering major stars of the era. He died when the RMS Lusitania was torpedoed and sunk off the Irish coast.

He continued writing into his final years and published a memoir at age 100. He died at his home in Palm Springs, California, ten days short of his 104th birthday.
